A fun read!!

Mockus writes an entertaining read that is right on target with the trend for all things supernatural. It was fun and light hearted and makes for a great gift. Highly recommend it for those zombie lovers among us or just those looking for a fun read!

Fun, but Short

The book was fun to look at, and I enjoyed pressing the "zombie" sounds (especially good for scaring pets!), but there wasn't much in the way of content. I also felt that the "sounds" could have been... more interesting. It was what I expected though - fun and a bit of entertainment.

Good like braaaaains

A linguistic tour de force with powerful implications. Don't get caught in a world overtaken by zombies without it.

Fun zombie sounds to creep out your friends

10 Key phrases for the inevitable Zombie apocalypse. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. A funny book which seems like one funny joke: gurgley, indecipherable grunts with their English equivalents. But the accompanying text is witty and will give you just as many laughs. I love that "aaaaYYYrarhhhhmMUHHHTT?" means "Can I borrow your yoga mat?" at the gym. I'm interested in taking this book along on camping trips (imagine what these noises will sound like emanating from a tent during the quiet of the night) and on public transit. It has many uses, all funny.

Zombies are in for 2010

This book was not just well written, it was clever and offered subtle social commentary on daily life. I thought the illustrations were great and the sound module was awesome. I found myself really relating to the zombies at the office section, because really, haven't we all been there?
