How to Re-Imagine the World: A Pocket Guide for Practical Visionaries

This is a small book, but by omitting too much discussion or examples, the author was able to compact this book down to a size one can easily keep in a briefcase or large purse. Like the famous "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People", this is a book that one benefits from looking at the principles over and over. The small size makes it possible to be able to keep it with you. In my opinion it really does what it promises, and there are moments throughout the day that having it to look over will really improve your performance and your attitude.

I have enjoyed this little book so much that I bought ten more of them to share with friends. I have already been playing with some of Weston's insights. When my town supervisor explained why the town would not be able to consider a proposal for low-income housing for seniors I remembered Weston's observations about windmills, and challenged right back: OK you've explained the conditions under which you can't consider it but let's try to imagine the conditions under which it would be viable. Now, how can we create those conditions? I intend to have a lot of fun working with what I've learned here.
