It is fantastic, loaded with pictures and clear step by step instructions. Whether you are doing fantasy minis or metallic futuristic minis from any genre this book will be a very big help. It's an oversized book so there is plenty of room in it for the massive amount of pictures. These are techniques that the masters use and you can learn them real fast here.

I have read many forum articles on painting miniatures and have always gotten a few tips here and there. Often they leave out material and you get a disjointed impression of the process. In this book, you get a very comprehensive view of the process, excellent photographs, and a well written guide. I learned so much about the figures, the paints, blending, and other techniques. It's very satisfying to get a good education and I thank the author for doing such a good job.
