How to manage management

I read this book 15 years ago and it never ceases to amaze me how applicable and relevant its contents are in my working life. I have worked in many corporations and worked under many different type of bosses and management and I am often surprised when I see management react in the same manner as described in the book. The author writes in a very simple and easily remembered style with his different theories of management associated with a unique and punchy name.
