Not only was the research done on this book obviously very thorough, but also the information is delivered in a simple easy to understand manner. It was actually an exciting read as the author mixed enough technical information with a few interesting case studies. I read it in a day and was looking forward to going to sleep that night and sure enough, I began a process of not only remembering my dreams but also enjoying them so much more. The author lays out an easy to follow set of instructions, that when followed as the reader goes to sleep, enables you to experience the content of the book and not just read about it.
