This book has so much accurate information about going through PMS. It is a must have for men.

Being the daughter of the author, I am a bit biased, but being raised by a single father, I know that he has alot of experience with and first hand knowledge of, the pre-menstral syndrome. Drawing on his experience with two teenage daughters, countless interviews, and research, my father uses his sense of humour to help men and women both, to understand the complexities of this intregal part of life, with well-informed and helpful suggestions. Bias aside, I highly recommend it.
