This book has endured over the years. I recently re-read it, and was taken by how much foresight the author, my Dad, had back then. His love of wildlife and repect for nature is evident on every page- he reaches out to his readers to show the same respect while enjoying the sport of fishing. You can even see a picture of me as a small child in the book. Dave Bowring wrote with wisdom and sensitivity - he taught readers how to live within nature, not upon her. This book is perfect for anyone who has a love of fishing.
