I was first struck by the inviting packaging of HOW TO BE AGELESS, namely its beautiful cover. The blue color is pleasing and the artwork is stunning. The content is simply, yet wisely expressed, embracing the belief that our priorties should focus on internal beauty and not the external, that wisdom is something wonderful and earned with experience of our years on earth...but it's difficult to maintain that attitude in a society that seems to favor plastic surgery, conformity and Barbie-doll bodies. We know better, but get caught up in the hype all around us. This book gently sets us on an altered path, a better course of thinking. Most of us know that obsessing on surface appearance is superficial living and is not going to lead us to happiness, but like many important things in life, sometimes we need to hear a message one more time, perhaps in a slightly different way, for it to penetrate.
