Advice you can apply to everyday life

This book advertises that it's a guide to "Flirting." A lot of people think that flirting is a bad thing, but all it means is social interaction between two people. This book gives advice on eye-contact, body language, and conversational skills among other things that can apply to any social situation. Whether it be in the office, or strangers on the street. It gives wonderful tips on how to keep a conversation going, and how to end a conversation gracefully. I would recommend this book to anyone who feels uncomfortable talking to people, or wants to be more social at gatherings. The advice is straightforward and it gives good examples. Enjoy your flirting.

best book ever on flirting

this book empowers singles to get out and flirt. it helps the shy, the brazen, the stumbler and fumbler with social skills, overcoming rejection fears, attractive body language, conversational and listening techniques. the last chapter tells us how to overcome our negative chatterbox, based on good cognitive therapy techniques.susan says flirting is an ancient art and is charming and playful and often overlooked after the sexual revolution. it adds mystery and excitement tothe dating game. susan is a flirting coach, and has counseled me by telephone and then taken me out to attract the opposite sex in her city. her hints were invaluable as in the book.people skills are critical, especially today in the world of technology. we all need to lighten up, have fun and flirt. flirting is first step in communication, Susan taught me that. It is not to be compared to a relationship or trapping a man book. it is sensible, fun, educational, and if you flirt well, the world opens up to you. enjoy the read as i did.

Inspiring! I never knew how boring i was!!

Oh this book is great! It's unisex, so it can apply to males or females. First of all, I never knew how boring i was when trying to flirt with the ladies, until i read this great book! They used to blow me off like nothing in the past, but lately after applying the lessons from this book into my flirtatious playtime, I have been sweeping women off their feet! So will you! This book described the "old" me to a t, and how to change from a lifeless, unlucky, bump on a log (yes, this was me!), to a certified, enjoyable, pleasurable, charming, attractive FLIRT! For example: One particular problem i've always had was eye-contact. This book helped me solve my problem, because what i always did was stare at a girl like she was an elephant that just walked into a crowded room. The girl i was after would just sneer at me like I just went potty in her wheaties. To give you a little quick lesson from the book, i learned a valuable lesson by using the term "the flirting triangle", where you imagine an upside-down triangle on the girl's face. The base of the triangle is from each side of her forehead, and the apex of it is at her chin. Being stared at is intimidating, and a big turn-off, but... if you use the flirting triangle, and glance at different areas of her face, you won't scare her off. Don't go lower than the chin! You don't want her to think you're a pervert. Just remember, don't stare!! You'll be left high and dry. The verb to use is GLANCE, for the amount of time it would take you to say "i see you. Do you see me?" Then with eye-contact comes the hello, the convos, the dating, and maybe, the marriage! Ooops! Forgot about the stork after that! Just kidding. I love this book. So will you! Say goodbye to the old, boring, lonely you, and read this book! You won't be disappointed!

Exactly what I was looking for...great buy!!!

I was looking for a book that would help me understand what kind of signals I've been sending out using my own body language, and how to interpret others as well. This book hit the spot. As of now, I am single and anxious to get into a intimate relationship. When I started reading other books on this sort of material, I got the feeling I needed to act a certain way...or be someone I was'nt. Susan Rabin set me straight. If you pretend to be someone your not...someone will fall in love with that person...not yourself. This book describes how to bring out the flirt inside of you, without altering your personality. I can't wait to buy her other book. Brandt

An excellent book on topics that go beyond just flirting.

Just as a precursor: I hardly ever rate a book 10 unless I come away feeling that it was true perfection. This book was very good, though. I don't know what the person who gave it a 2 was thinking (or if he/she was thinking at all). The book teaches a lot about body language, and good ways to gauge the actions and reactions of the person one is flirting with. Personally, I learned a lot about how to deal with rejection, and how to get past the initial "hello." The book explains things called "flirt props" that one can use to approach and be approached. Without a doubt, I'd recommend this book to any of my friends who complain about their dating life.
