I received better shipping and handling that I expected. The book was in excellent condition, even in better condition that I expected from the message form the seller.
Older edition worked out fine

I bought this book for my Hospitality Marketing class and it was an older edition. Well $.99 was better than $80+ for the newer version. So far, and we are half way through with the class, the only thing different besides the cover picture is the chapters are in a different order. It has all the current information and has been a great alternative to spending so much more for the current one.
Very Instructive for Hoteliers and none Hoteliers

This book is very helpful to people working or studying in this industry. Its' structure, layout, outline, and repartition are very organised with a moderate professional English. I highly recommend this book to people eager to know more about Sales and Marketing techniques for this indutry.
