This devotion book was given to me at what has thus far been the worst time in my life. This book has truly been a gift from God and has spoken to me everyday through scripture, prayer, and revealing truths from T.D. Jakes. Thank you God for laying it on someone's heart to give this to me as a gift.

Bishop Jakes has done a great job with this Devotional & Journal. Each day begins with a verse, gives insight and allows space for our own notes. One particular day he writes of his personal experience of watching his wife give birth and how her pain got so intense he felt she would've shot him if she'd had the chance. I always enjoy how he is able to relate things to real life experiences. This book is rich in knowledge!
