A wonderful resource

I'm working on a story set in the early 1900s America, and love to see actual media from the era to acquire a feel for the clothes and architecture of the time. This book is exactly what I've been looking for. All the pictures are from small towns, usually Midwestern, from the 1880s-1910s -- lovely, large black and white photographs. The captions are succinct and in most cases tell who the photographer was. This is an invaluable resource to those wanting to learn more about the turn-of-the-century America.
