Holman New Testament Commentary - Romans: Volume 6

I have several of the Holman New Testament Commentaries. These are as good as it gets if you want to understand what the Bible is saying. For each chapter you get an introduction to the chapter, verse-by-verse commentary, conclusion, a life application section, prayer section, a teaching outline and an Issues for Discussion section. It's a very good assist for Sunday School Teachers. If anything it will be more information than you were looking for. It's not hard to understand. It really helps me to understand exactly what point Paul was trying to get across.

The book was shipped real fast. Holman's New Testament Commentary - Romans, is a great book , very detailed explanation about the book of Romans. It is a blessing to me because I have a greater understanding about the book of Romans.

I had to purchase this book because of my NT class at school, but what a blessing. The book of Romans opens up in this commentary so simple that the lay person could understand and it reminds those of education some of the things we may forget. I have thought about buying the whole NT set because of the usefulness it offers when you need information in a short amount of time.

This book is very informative. Great to have whether you are a college student or if you are just a student of the Bible. Saves a lot of research time.

I bought this entire New Testament series commentary to help me in teaching an adult Sunday School class. I'm glad I did! All of the books include a verse-by-verse description that is very helpful. A teaching outline is included for each chapter, along with discussion questions and an area with a more deeper discussion of certain topics important to that chapter.As a new teacher, I have found this series invaluable in preparing my lessons. I think you'll like this one.
