The world seems to suggest that as a Christian we can put God on the back-burner when we're young- do what we want to do, have fun, get wild, go crazy, experience life-then come back to Him when we're old and reaping the consequences of sin. That is not wisdom. This is not the way to maximize our life with Christ. Regardless of what age we come to know Christ, from that moment forward, we have to make a daily decision to declare our commitment to walk in obedience to the Holy Spirit. I am sharing Here Am I in hopes that it may inspire, challenge and reaffirm other young people's commitment to follow God. You are not alone. You can live for God. Here Am I can simply be read as an encouragement or used as a bible study to prepare for college life.
