Hell Has No Fury

IM FINDING MR. JOHNSON....HOW YOU PUT TOGETHER THESE STORIES AND BRING CHARACTERS BACK FROM THE OTHER BOOKS YOU'VE WRIITEN QUITE FACINATING.. I THINK THATS WHAT KEEPS MR DRAWN OR AT LEAST PART OF IT..(SMILE) PHONIEX DID HER THANG..I ENJOYED HER CHARACTER..SHE'S MORE THAN A MOM, WIFE, SHE WAS A DEDICATED WOMAN TO HER JOB..AND SOUGHT OUT WAYS TO KEEP HER FAMILY TOGETHER AS ONE AS DEMANDING AS HER JOB WAS.. I ALSO ENJOYED BOY STERLING AGAIN..BUT HE NEEDS TOGET IT TOGETHER AND GET THERAPY..HE NEED TO LET HIS PAST RELATIONSHIP GO AND SETTLE DOWN WITH HOMEGIRL(KELLY) HE KNOW HE WANTS TOO..HE'S JUST SCARED..LOL WONDERFUL READ ...KEITH LEE JOHNSON FANS!!

This story is the third book with Mrs. Phoenix Perry. In this book we finally begin to see Phoenix as a real person. The book really goes into what motivates her, what her dreams are and basically gives more insight to her. All of this leads the reader on a journey that you don't want to end. The love that Phoenix has for her friends and family can be felt throughout the book, which makes it more believable. If you're looking for a book that shows a strong, black woman doing her thing then this is it. I have read all of Mr. Johnson's books and he keeps getting better. He is really good at drawing the reader in the story and giving you enough love & suspense that you hate to put the book down. If you haven't read any of his stories before you should start with Sugar & Spice, Pretense and finish with Hell Hath No Fury. However if you started from the end you would not be lost, as Mr. Johnson is exceptional at giving continuity offered in the book by mentioning prior events that as an established reader you love the flash backs. A new reader would not be lost but would definitely want to go back and see what happened before. After finishing this book (that I read in a couple of hours) I can't wait to see what Mr. Johnson comes out with next

J. has brought his readers another "must read" novel.

Keith never fails to draw me in. I can't put his books down. His easy style turns his words into reality. I feel I am living his books and not just reading. This one was no exception! If you've never read his books, you should start now. What a joy.
