Acclaimed textile artist Helen M. Stevens explores a range of beautiful landscape views, from lush, green rolling countryside to far-flung mountains reflected in the shimmering sea, using pure silk embroidery threads to achieve astonishingly realistic effects.
Helen Stevens' books are always enlightening. I use them mainly for the inspiration. Her landscapes do inspire. The butterfies and animals with their surroundings stretch my imagination and will help anyone with their stitching and escape of the coming winter. As with her other master classes there are 4 wonderful pieces to stitch.
Beautiful book

This book is like art. Not for the beginner and I would have appreciated a little more in depth instruction but for the experienced I am certain it will fulfill any desires.
