Heart and Soul: A Personal Tale of Love and Romance

This book was given to me for my 21st birthday by a good friend of mine. I am in college and I had recently gotten my heart broken by my first love the week before my birthday. It was a hard and confusing time for me and this book was truely a gift from God. It helped me remember what love is and that it comes in all shapes and sizes. I realized the importance of my friends and family because they are the one's who taught what love is in the first place. It asks you to reflect on your life and your journey of love starting from when you can first remember the feeling of love. I enjoyed this book and the words of wisdom and inspiration. My favorite quote is "Learn the language of the heart and say the words, they may mean more than you dare to dream". Flavia is a brillant writer and she has a gift expressing inner peace. I am a fan of her lovely work and I am always looking for more of her writings. I also enjoy sharing the book of insight with my friends and roommates when they come to me with a problem. This book brings joy and peace to my friends and I and we are grateful for it.
