This book is a fantastic resource. It provides the reader with an overall impression of the study of law through the use of case studies; however, this is not a normal casebook. Rather, the cases are explained comprehensively, with the inclusion of relevant codes, memoranda, lower court holdings, et cetera. Each case also includes a variety of questions to consider, with analysis, at the end of each study. This book is wonderful for anyone who wishes to get a basic idea of the problems and workings of law.
