This book is one that we use at our church in Marriage Counseling. It is a very honest book about a real couples struggles in dealing with a mate. Too many times we try to idealize this process, but the truth is, marriage is the bringing together of two unique and definitely human people who bring baggage and personality into the union. You'll hate this book if you don't want to deal with the real issues...which I'm afraid too much of the Christian culture sees as acceptable.
