Great for kids who love Hank!

I purchased this for my 10 year old son for Christmas. He thought they were great. Some of the songs can be annoying to adults if you're not in the mood to hear nonsense, but most of them are pretty funny and are good for a laugh. I would recommend this to you if you have a child who LOVES Hank the Cowdog like mine does.

We have been avid Hank the Cowdog fans for years now and we were so excited to get these greatest hits CD's. The kids knew the songs right away and enjoy listening to them over and over. For those who haven't read the books, I doubt you'll enjoy them much at all - they need their context - but they are great for fans.

I ordered this for my 11 year old son for Christmas. He is a big fan of the audio books about Hank the Cowdog by John Erickson. He would skip to the songs over and over and laugh hysterically. It's juvenile humor at it's best, but I recommend you be familiar with the audio books to really enjoy this.

My son and I love the Hank the Cowdog books, so it is great fun to actually listen to the songs from each book. The songs are funny in the books, but you need to hear them to really appreciate their true humor. Another great addition to the Hank the Cowdog series.
