Ok, I'm prejudiced because the author is a friend of mine--in fact, he was my teacher before he was a Novell boffin. But, seriously, this is a very useful book for anyone setting up a Novell network. Great examples, great documentation, and it's even fun to read! Everything you need to know about network security, rights, etc.
