Excellent book for making professional silk flowers
Published by Thriftbooks.com User , 15 years ago
Fantastic book! Published in 1986, most of the photos and sketches are b/w, but the techniques are excellent and aimed at a more serious flower-maker. Mainly using heated tools to shape, there are options for household tools to be used instead. Other techniques include wire supports, rolled edges, wrinkling, dyeing. 44 patterns included, including some lovely orchids. Clear step by step instructions with colour photos here and there. One of my favourite books on this topic.
