Guide to the National Archives of the United States

Purchasing the "Guide to the National Archives of the USA is another tool of reference for varifying my family history. I am trying to gain membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution. You must be able to trace your history through the Paternal side of your family starting with yourself. You must be able to provide birth, marriage and death records. (Ex: starting with me, then my Father, Grandmother, Great-GrandMother...etc.) I already know that my Paternal Great-Great-Great-Great-Great-Grandfather was a patroit in the Revolutionary War due to Family Documentation. The DAR was established in Washington, D.C. in the early 1830's. It is fascinating to travel so far back to find out about your Family and who you came from!!
