This is such a wonderful series -- for classroom, home fun, or homeschool (I've used it in all 3 settings). Everything you need to help kids really understand science is right here. The authors have made apoint to provide a quality educational experience using only very simple easy to find components. As a result, kids get the real point of the experiment, instead of assuming that the results would only apply in a laboratory setting. There are great explanations, teachers notes, help with drawing diagrams for kids' notebooks. They also give great advice on scheduling -- even how to handle weekends.
