Green Arrow is someone that Dr Light is not particularly fond of, due to the whole brainwashing thing. As a result, he goes looking for the female Dr Light, to steal her powers before a confrontation. He enlists the aid of Merlin, the criminal archer, to keep GA busy. Luckily, GA has Black Lightning to help him out, and the rest of the Arrow family. The latter are a problem, as those are the people Dr Light is looking to kill, explosively. This is how it ends, with a big bang.
