Paula Jorde Bloom makes this book easy to read and easy to implement. Whether you are a director of a child care facility or provide TA to child care facilities, this book is wonderful. I've used this book to do staff development training with directors, to facilitate discussion with an entire child care program, and with my own staff. Bloom provides the resources to look at your facility's "climate" and techniques for using them.
