Grace Under Pressure: Leading Through Change and Crisis

Grace Under Pressure is a quick read. Laid out in a concise manner, most readers can finish the book in less than a day. Almost every chapter ends with a few reflection questions so readers can assess how well they are performing in a particular leadership area. Baldoni quotes extensively from other sources and includes the references so readers can do further study. I wanted to really like this book; however, I believe the slant toward a particular political party will turn off many readers. I would have enjoyed it more if the examples had been more diverse. I received an advance reader copy for review.
