5 stars for the concept, 0 stars for the execution of what the public gets.
I'm sure this was wonderful--IF you were there at the in-person event. It's a sing-along, which means audience participation. Page numbers are called out to the congregation, who are all holding the same hymnal, so no problem. BUT, for the rest of the world that's not there but watching a previously recorded event, that's of no use. For us, there are no lyrics provided whatsoever. No closed captions, no subtitles (English or otherwise), not even words on an overhead screen. Unless you know all the words to all the songs, you're hard pressed to be able to participate, which defeats the whole purpose of a sing-along or buying this DVD.
Also, expect off beat clapping. What's worse is it's repeatedly started by the host or platform artists who can't seem to figure out that they are off beat. About the only time clapping is with the beat is when the audience starts it.
Overall, really disappointing and not recommended.
