Good Housekeeping 100 Best Dessert Recipes

My favorite book of any I've read. And I like to read. I have borrowed this book from the Library 3 times. I did not want to give it back. I love to cook. I love to bake. I love every recipe in it that I've tried. I have a goal to make every recipe in it. Some of my favorites are Brownie Pudding Cake, Very Blueberry Pie, Banana Cream Pie, I haven't quite mastered the Lemon Meringue, but I will. There's an Apple Tarte Tatin, Eclairs, Silver White Cake, Citrus Chiffon Cake, and Jelly Roll, all of which I have tried and loved. These are the sections: Puddings, Pies and Tarts, Cakes, Fruit Desserts, Frozen Desserts, and Finishing Touches with things like truffles and chocolate sauce. Warning: It is difficult to maintain a low-fat sugar-free way of life when this book is in your posession.
