And, the recipes are not only easy to follow but the ingredients are easy to find and items I already had in my kitchen. In the first few pages of the book, there is also a good review of things you can eat and a list of forbidden foods (if you want to maintain a gluten and dairy free diet.) This is also a good introductory book for those just wanting to try this "healthier" way of eating.
