After suffering a debilitating injury in 1990, I was sent to a gym to recover using the hot tub and massage services. My rehab coach directed me to start slowly adding some body strengthening exercises. I noticed a few of the gym members carrying this book, so I a copy of my own. In it, I found not only strengthening instruction, but dietary and lifestyle tips that have helped shape not only my body but my spirit as well. Sounds like a lot for an exercise book, but there's much more to this volume than just reps and sets. A good book to use to improve your overall health and lifestyle.
