Will help on the mental side of to shoot low scores

This book helped me to have the proper mental outlook on how to shoot low scores. I started to release the possiblity in myself on how to play better golf and not listen to any negative thoughts. I also really loved---The Ultimate Golf Instruction Guide: Key Techniques for Becoming a Zero Handicap Golfer or Better by Patrick Leonardi, isbn is 1933023090. Leonardi's book showed me great technique that were non-conforming to what else is taught on the market. It's very easy to follow and shows results instantly (Highly recommended.) For example, before using The Ultimate Golf Instruction Guide: Key Techniques for Becoming a Zero Handicap Golfer or Better, I never hit more than 5 greens in regulation in one round. After reading this book and applying its techniques to my swing, I now have can hit at least 9 greens in regulation on average. Patrick Cohn's book helped me to mentally transform my mind from amateur thinking to professional thinking on the golf course.

Simply The Best

I have hacked around the course for years, took lessons, bought new equipment, read the books by Harvey Penick and others, all to no avail. I saw an article about this book, so I ordered it ... I studied the information in it, and did my best to apply the techniques and remedys outlined in it. Here is the result- on Friday at my course I shot 105. After reading this book, I went back on Saturday and shot 89! My advice to all is to buy this book, study it, and then get ready to play the best golf of your life!

Great Mental Game Book on Shooting Low Scores!

I have read most of Dr. Cohn's books and he is an excellent author and golf psychologist. His new book Going Low hit the nail on the head about how to get into the zone and find momentum on the golf course. His ideas are presented in a logical and organized format with the use of great examples from tour pros who have shot their lowest rounds. I highly recommend Dr. Cohn's book to any golfer who is serious about getting over comfort zones and scoring barriers.
