This an absolutely wonderful book. My pastor loaned me a copy once when I was having some problems. I have since bought myself a copy as well as copies for friends in times of need. It has a chapter to cover just about everything. It's very uplifting and enlightening. I recommend this book for everyone, problems or no problems. It's just a great guide for living to have on hand.
