An excellent book for those looking to teach about evolutionary creationism

This is a great book for anyone looking to teach their children about the idea of evolutionary creationism. Readers should be aware that this is not a young-earth book and does support the theory of evolution.

Not Christian Perspective!

I bought this book thinking it was teaching about the Dinosaurs from the Creationist viewpoint. While there are plenty of mentions of God throughout, it is not a young earth perspective and even makes Charles Darwin look like a great contributor to science, referring to evolution as “this exciting process of the theory of evolution”. The main quote that turned me off: “Planet Earth was formed about 4.6 billion years ago from space rocks crashing and squishing together as they zoomed around the Sun.” It tries to explain that the Bible has gaps and that we needed science to explain to us the things the Bible doesn’t cover. Then they include the Big Bang Theory in that list, trying to teach children how to combine the evolutionary philosophy with Biblical Creationism. Young Earth Creationists will be disgusted. Don’t waste your money like I accidentally did. It would’ve been less confusing to just buy an evolution based book! Then at least my kids could clearly see the flaws.
