Woof

None of the stories had a good ending, in my opinion, not even the ending to the prologue. The prologue was probably my favorite part, and the cover looks incredible but that’s about it. Two stars because this book had a ton of potential to be incredible, if only it had pulled anything off, anything at all. Also I didn’t see anybody mention this but in the second story, Kamp, towards the end of the story the main character puts on “war paint” and slices off the top of a pineapple to put on his head to resemble a war bonnet, all of this to dress up like Chief Blackwater. Because Walter Kamp “has the history of Goblin in his bones” or some mess. Hated it. I guess the only good part is straight after that the character scares himself to death.
