I had the book before and "lost" it. My husband just finished his first book and this book was very helpful in finishing it and getting it done step by step. Was impressed with the variety of "experts" and their opinions. Learned a lot!

I found the personal stories from authors interesting, however the real value of this book is in the details in the second half. The step-by-step self-publishing process is presented as bullet points, easy to read and features info on editiing, book cover design, manuscript preparation, promotion and lots of contact info. Beginners will love the glossary that compliments each topic.
