This is a book that give insight to someone who has worked hard, treated people fairly, and explains how he worked to produced a great product. It also told how he cared for his family as well as ones who need help.

I bought this as part of a 3 book set while in one of the restaurants. That morning, a friend on facebook joking suggested that we open up a Chick-fil-a franchise in Canada. That afternoon, I was in a Chick-fil-a and noticed these books. I was supposed to buy them I thought and so I did. Truett Cathy has inspired me to be the best that I can be as a small business owner. He gives insight into the success of Chick Fil-A and shares principles and ideals that can be replicated. I'm inspired by his work ethic and his can-do attitude. I love the way he gets the right people on his team. I'm also a more informed Chick Fil-A consumer.
