it was an awesome book... i just finished it 10 minutes ago

I loved it. I couldn't help myself, and i practically read the whole thing in a day. I 've read other cherie bennett books, and i find a connection to Emma, Sam and Carrie in her sunset Island books, but i think GIrls In Love is way better. Its such a great book! there are so many different view points, so you're not really stuck in one perspective, as many books are, and well, it was a very well written book. if you like romance, and even if you don't, i think you'll like it. there are so many different things going on, and it is a book that is easily related to.

A passionate book, with realistic charatcters and true love.

I loved the book! The characters were the best for me. The strange thing was they resembled my friends and I. Cherie Bennett gave them such realistic personalities, and used such perfect descriptive words, one can not help but feel sorry and happy for each, as though they were close friends or relatives. I espcially liked the cleanliness of the book. It had no impure thoughts or motives, contrary to popular love stories. I give this book a five star rating.

Very good, cant put it down

I thougth it was the greatest book in the world it was the first love story or romance novel i ever read, though i wouldnt reccomend it for guys, it is like a mini- Dawsons Creek and Friends, I LOVED IT!!

Heart-pounding romance, lots of fun

This is a book about three very different best friends. One's mom is a big feminist, one's parents are undertakers, and one is a champion figure skater. These are three of the most interesting girls I have ever read about. The book is about what it really means to be a champion, I think, and it made me think, a lot. Oh yeah. Lots of fine guys in it, too! Girls, you will love this book!

Dazzling and descriptive

In this well-written novel, Bennett focuses most of herattention on her three main characters, Erin, Tara, and Noelle. Eachgirl plays a part in Winterfest, a huge athletic event held annually in their town of Love, Michigan. Erin and Tara each help an athlete become familiar with the Love area as he prepares to compete, while Noelle, a talented and dedicated figure skater, competes at Winterfest.Throughout the novel, Erin and Tara both become interested in the athletes they are hosting. Tara, who is quite the guy magnet, is frustrated because David does not seem to be responding to all her attention. Erin falls hard for Luke but is torn between her attraction to him and her love for her boyfriend Pete. Noelle, meanwhile, has trouble with her health and feels incredible pressure to eventually win a gold medal at the Olympics.Bennett's trademark vivid descriptions allow readers to feel as though they are actually at the Winterfest competitions. In addition, ! the characters are so well-developed that it was extremely easy for me to feel as if I knew Erin, Tara, and Noelle. As is the case with many of Bennett's novels, the closeness between the three girls is both inspiring and touching.
