Gritty

Mr. Whyte stepped the criminal activity up a notch in Ghetto Girls Too. Eric gets his hands dirty with a mob dude, causing the love of his life to turn away. Cops threathen to wide the gap between him and his love while the girls try to keep their noses out of criminal business. The exchanges between the Mariuchi and Eric is not to be missed. Sophia, ever faithful and dependable, gets knocked off her heels when Mike's pops up, and things get steamy, to say the least. Rape, murder, extortion-what more can you ask for? Readers get the opportunity to witness a good series become great with the second installment of Ghetto Girls.

Titillating

This book is an excellent, easy read. Each chapter makes me crave more to find out which way each character's life will turn. I read Ghetto Girls 1 and I had to run out to buy the sequel. Keep doing your thing Anthony Whyte. This would've been a 5 but you need to watch out for the typos.

"Da Crew" and Me

Ghetto Girls Too is an awesome read!! From book cover to storyline - this book, beginning to end, kept me at the edge of my seat. I couldn't put it down. Yet, at some points the anxiety of the storyline and character developments kept me at bay. I was going through "book motions". I was addicited; in a trance. I felt as if I were the fourth member of "Da Crew" - Coco, Josephine, Deedee, and me. I was there with them through it all - the arguing, the confusion, the happiness, the snide remarks, etc. Taking over where Danielle should of been. From Ghetto Girls One to Ghetto Girls Too, Anthony's writing has definitely grown and his in depth character descriptions and thoughts, storyline, heart pounding scenarios, love story, young adults and their quarrlesome ways, proves that and was on point. I could feel the sadness, happiness, confusion, love, hate, etc. The emotional roller coaster was a great ride that I never wanted to get off of. The ending was a great surprise to me but honestly speaking I "dragged it out" cuz I didn't want it to come to an end. I'm extremely looking forward to the release of Ghetto Girls 3 and to once again be able to dive into the lives of these characters - my favorite being Coco. I recommend reading Ghetto Girls One 1st... you'll be hooked for life. Anthony Whyte - keep doin the damn thing.
