Great resource book

My midwife first recommended this book after our first child was born. Like the other review mentioned, it is wonderful simply because it is simple. Just looking at it: it is not a big, thick book. No intimidation there! Then when you open it, you see short chapters, short paragraphs. So this is a great book for people who aren't great readers - which describes those of us with little kids who aren't sleeping. I think...
