Getting the Best Out of Yourself and Others

Written two recessions ago, this book does not glow over with mantras about the "new paradigm" of the "new economy" and how profits don't matter anymore, blah blah blah. Instead this book tells you what you already know; i.e., that the way you success in business is by working hard. It's the common-sense advice that your parents and grandparents gave you. The main point of this book is to give you kick in the tail and motivate you. It succeeded for me, so I'd definitely recommend it. Five stars all the way.
