Getting Started in Problem Solving and Math Contests

I came upon Dr. Ecker's book in a used book store and was unable to put it down. I find his writing style to be clear and concise. In my opinion, he is one of the foremost authorities in the subject that I have ever encountered. This book has made an indelible impression on how I view mathematics. Dr. Ecker has opened new vistas for me and broadened my world view with his ingenious insights. I have entered several math contests since reading his book and have won several awards and various honors. Thank you, thank you Dr. Ecker for being my mentor, teacher and role model!
