Although this book is 26 years old it nonetheless provides an excellent, clear and easy to follow map of how to use Gestalt techniques in your practice without becoming a true Gestalt therapist.I found it to be practical and useful, able to be read in a night or two and every page full of examples of using each technique.I am pleased to have come upon it and know I will refer to it again and again.
