In order for an atlas to be useful for middle school grades, it should be easy to read with the latest world changes reflected, color maps, legends, and charts which are not daunting. Gareth Stevens' Atlas Of The World fits the bill in all cases: the latest statistics are used to reflect map contents, grades 4 and up will find it easy to consult, and individual countries of the world receive clear embellishment.
