Gabriel's Fire - My favorite book ever!

Grabriel's Fire was a pleasure to read. I couldn't put it down. The way the author set this book up in the beginning was great. And she gave just enough information throughout to make my imagination go crazy. I couldn't wait to see what really happened next. My favorite character was Serinity (a simple Quaker girl). She was pure, sensitive and I fell in love with her from the beginning. Veronique Durand, on the other hand, is the character you love to hate. She is rotten to the core. I would find myself gritting my teeth as I read Veronique's thoughts and plots. Gabriel is the hero but is very unpredictable. He is always the gentleman but is also intimidating to his enemies. This book made me feel like I was a part of what was going on in the story. I really became involved. Gabriel's Fire is a MUST READ BOOK! You will not be disappointed.

Great Romance- I loved it! A must read!

Gloria Pedersen has done it again! Gabriel's Fire is one of the best Historical Romance Novels that I have read. I couldn't put it down.It is so well written, I felt that I was actually there with the characters in the book feeling their joys and sorrows. My favorite character was Serenity. The lifestyle she was raised in was a lot different than the one that Gabriel had. She, a wholesome Quaker woman, and Gabriel, an adventurous privateer. They came from different worlds, yet somehow managed to fall in love. There are a lot of twists and turns that keep you in suspense. Do they finally confess their love for one another, or are their lives too different? This is a must read! I hope to see more books from Gloria Pedersen. I will be looking for them.
