I truly enjoyed this book because past-life regression clients so often want to look into future lives while exploring issues in a past life that influences their present life. The book explores how karma fundamentals and creating your own reality emphasize responsibility for your actions, choices, decisions, and accepting the consequences for all you've created. This book empowers you and provides a foundation for making choices and changes. Are your experiences created in your emotions before they appear in your life? Can you change the direction and expression of your experiences by changing your thoughts and emotions? It has for me since my experiences now reflect changes I made. I enjoyed this book because it showed me how Karmic situations appear when it's time for balancing. And this book gave me the balance I wanted from reading it.
