Fry's English Delight: Word Games

Stephen Fry is one of my favorite people on this earth. From his days with Hugh Laurie in A Bit of Fry and Laurie, to his role in V for Vendetta, to him hosting QI and many more endeavors! There are few who can claim to having written an entire encyclopedia on a subject- which he did! And this short but intellectually lovely piece dives into not just our language but the differences in other languages and the difference by culture, when it comes down to word games. If you want a nice, short little piece to listen to as you drink your coffee or fold the laundry, this will make any mundane task enjoyable! Fry's wit and knowledge shines clearly through, as ever. 10/10 recommend
