FRILL-NECKED FRENZY

This is a collection of short stories, mostly humorous, mostly autobiographical. like Kenneth Cook's previous two collections of humorous tales ("Killer Koala" and "Wombat Revenge") these stories are claimed to be true, but the ratio of plausable tales to dubious tales is much lower. I found myself laughing out loud again and again. If you like a healthy and humorous mix of animals, nature, adventure, get-rich-quick-schemes, hard-drinking, and catastrophes that spiral out of control, you will love this book. Kenneth Cook's books are difficult to find outside of Australia, so if you have the opportunity to read this book, don't pass it by.
