I love this book! The pictures are beautiful and the recipes are absolutely delicious! One of my favorites is the Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce. There is a Marinated Cucumber Salad recipe to serve as an accompaniment. It is delightfully refreshing. Another favorite, since we own an organic apple orchard, is the Apple Orchard Cake.
