An exciting new feast of vegetarian recipes from the Juice for Life authors Drawing inspiration from the global kitchen, founder Ruth Tal Brown has turned her funky Toronto-based restaurant chain... This description may be from another edition of this product.
Refreshingly new recipes... however, watch out when selecting one to make. The recipes reference other recipes A LOT. Meaning - You'll set out to make one recipe, but have to turn to a 2nd recipe to make something for the 1st recipe, but then the 2nd recipe refers you to a 3rd recipe in the same book to make the 2nd recipe. It gets to be a lot of turning pages and following steps for recipes inside recipes inside recipes. What you thought would be easy and not require many ingredients, actually requires A LOT more steps and ingredients.

this is the very similar to the refresh cook book.it is nice with some new recipes.not as beautifully photographed and printed.but a wealth of simply delicious vegan food, which is fast and easy to create.if you have room in your library it's a good addition.if not i would stick with the refresh version.
